By participating in Nimbly’s referral program (the "Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Nimbly may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, amend or terminate the program for any reason.
The program allows you to invite people you know to purchase Nimbly's solutions. Eligibility And Overview
Reward: The reward amount is 5% of completed payments to Nimbly in the first year of the contract. If two or more referrers invite the same referee, Nimbly will credit the reward to the person who first sent the referral, as determined in Nimbly’s sole discretion. Rewards should be transferred to your account approximately within one month after your referee's company signs the contract and makes the first payment.
