While you can use both versions, you cannot log in to both simultaneously. We highly recommend migrating to Nimbly 2.0 exclusively, as Nimbly 1.0 is discontinued on 30 November 2025.
All your existing schedule and report data will be automatically migrated to Nimbly 2.0. Switching to Nimbly 2.0 is seamless, and your current credentials from Nimbly 1.0 will work in Nimbly 2.0. Simply log out of Nimbly 1.0 and log in to Nimbly 2.0.
If you have any ongoing work, e.g. in-progress checklists or audits, please save your progress first using the "Save as Draft" feature before switching to Nimbly 2.0. This ensures all your attachments are synchronized, seamlessly transferring your work progress to Nimbly 2.0.
