How it all started?

We had enough of the inefficient manual process, the insufficient system for issues follow-up and resolutions, lack of visibility on key metrics, and other painful processes of managing operations, especially in multiple locations. We realized that with technology, we can free up resources to focus on more valuable, high-impact tasks that help businesses' bottom line and consistently reduce errors, increase team innovation, and establish high decision quality. Thus, we decided to build Nimbly.

How it all started?

Our founder Daniel Hazman discovered urgent pain points in large organizations while he was in the US, particularly the execution for frontline workers. He uncovered a need for an operations management software like Nimbly Technologies, with the mission to help organizations streamline their frontline operations and be more nimble.

And so Nimbly was built to resolve frontline challenges while simplifying the frontliners’ day-to-day tasks and providing management with real-time visibility all the way down to the store, shop floor, or plantation level.

Consequently, the solution consistently delivers cost-saving efficiencies and stronger revenues, and more motivated frontliners to the hundreds of customers the company serves today.
